OCL Health and Wellness Challenge

OK so I want to turn back the clock a little and while I am not tickled pink about having to work MORE to look less I am going to give this a whirl and a hoop and a holler! I have about 10 pounds to lose which may not sound like a lot, but I have been struggling. I started running in June 2008 and have run a few 5K races. I have to say I was shocked that I could even run. I had never run a sustained distance in my life so in my mid-fifties I tried and it didn't hurt!! BUT I can go 2 months without hitting the pavement or visiting the gym or rolling out my yoga mat. My biggest obstacles:
INERTIA
(at the moment) HERSHEY'S NUGGETS
BOREDOM
EXCUSES
AGING
ATHLETIC DISCIPLINED HUSBAND
so my biggest health and wellness challenge is to stay focused and "on track"
I would like to eat fewer sweets and have a routine of aerobic activity and weight training 5X week (when I go to the gym I routinely spend 1 hour per session)
That doesn't sound like much BUT IT IS! At my age stuff happens and you can't take anything for granted anymore. I just got a copy of the OCL ID and THAT IS INCENTIVE. So I'll turn the badge around with myself facing myself until I reach my goal and then I'll wear myself proudly to the world.
